Payout Mechanics
You need to collect at least 3 symbols in a row regardless where the winning combination begins; they can be on reels 1, 2, 3, or even on reels 2, 3, 4 and 3, 4, 5, meaning it does not matter from where the winning combination starts.
Bonus Gifts Feature
There are three bonus symbols, each of which is a present that has been exquisitely wrapped, and the extra feature will be activated when all three of these symbols fall on your reels (they will appear on reels 1, 3, and 5). If a bonus symbol falls on reel 1, reel 3 will spin with a greater amount of energy, and the same thing will happen for reel 5 if a bonus symbol occurs on reel 3 to add more excitement to the gameplay. Our Experience Playing Merry Xmas
When we started playing the game, we were greeted with a beautifully drawn reelset with a variety of Christmas related symbols on it. Taking into consideration that this slot was released some time ago, it still holds in terms of a visual design. The soundtrack that was playing in the background had a magical tone to it and added to the overall holiday vibe of this slot.. Since there were a lot of Christmas themed slots out there, we knew that the competition would be very strong and we were eager to find out whether this slot could stand out among them. Because the possible payoff of a slot machine is of primary concern to a significant number of gamblers, it was our responsibility to evaluate it for your benefit. In order for us to do this task, we resorted to our tried-and-true method, which included making a deposit of 200 euros, lowering the stake to 1 euro, and playing the game for something in the neighborhood of 300 rounds. During our first 100 spins, as it was expected from a slot with medium volatility, not too exciting was happening in terms of payouts, with the biggest of them being just around 10 times the bet. During our next attempt, things were quite similar during the main game, but we triggered the bonus feature and it paid us a decent amount of 30 times our bet. Unfortunately, this was not enough to make any profit at that point. During our final 100 spins, there was not a lot going in terms of payouts and we ended up losing 19 Euros after 300 spins. Overall, it seemed like a very bland slot and we were happy to leave it.
Merry Xmas Verdict
This slot is not a winner in our book by any standards. The gameplay of it is very plain and becomes boring very quickly. There is not much going in terms of bonus features and it is not a good thing most of the time. Payout potential is not that great at all. All in all, there are better Christmas themed slots out there, and we do not recommend you playing this one.
