Doom of Egypt is a video slot from Play ‘n Go that was released on November 7, 2019. It seems like we've seen Doom of Egypt before. The appearance of the mummies will be familiar to you if you've played Play'n GO's Rise of the Dead slot machine, which also has a very similar aesthetic in general. Free Spins
If 3 or more Scatter Symbols show anywhere on the reels at the same time, you will be awarded 10 Free Spins. Just before the bonus round gets under way, a single symbol at random will be chosen to appear stacked. During the round when you get free spins, that symbol will enlarge such that it covers the whole of the reel whenever it appears and is a part of a winning combination. There is also the additional benefit that the enlarged symbols do not need to appear on neighboring reels in order to earn a win. Our Experience Playing Doom of Egypt
As soon as we began playing this slot, we were met with a reelset that immediately brought to mind Book of Dead. However, in our view, this one appeared a little bit more polished than Book of Dead's did. We were not frightened in the least by the music that was playing in the background even though it had a sinister tone to it, and in fact, we were anxious to see how well it performed in terms of prospective rewards. We put in a sum that was equivalent to the standard amount, which is now established at 200 Euros, and we determined that the bet would be 1 Euro. After that, we put this game through its paces by playing it for perhaps in the region of 300 rounds in order to properly evaluate its capabilities. Afterwards, we analyzed the results of our playthroughs. The first one hundred spins brought us a lot of dead spins, and only one somewhat decent win worth mentioning that was around 20 times our bet. It was not very surprising since this slot has an extreme level of volatility. We hoped for a better result during our next attempt and started our next 100 spins. During this try we managed to collect 4 Scatters that instantly paid us 20 times our bet and gave us 10 Free Spins during which scored a generous sum of around 150 times our bet. That was extreme volatility in action. During our final 100 spins the slot machine reverted to its old ways and started giving us a lot of dead spins again, and the biggest payout during this part of our playthrough was only around 10 times the bet. Overall, after 300 spins we ended up losing 40 Euros, which was a somewhat okay result taking into consideration this slot’s volatility.

This slot is a decent addition to the Play ‘n Go family, mainly because it does not stray from their original formula that they used in the Book of Ra. Extreme volatility of this slot may not be suitable for a casual gambler, but for a more experienced one it can be a great attraction. We cannot say it more, that you should always be very careful while playing slots of this kind and know when to quit because it can either make or ruin your bankroll rather quickly.
