Roulette SA Gaming review
Most live roulette tables give you the grid and little else. Roulette SA Gaming adds a Racetrack with five French call bets and a neighbor counter that stretches from 0 to 9 numbers on each side. That's the reason to look at this table. The wheel itself is plain European: 37 pockets, one green zero, a 97.30% RTP printed in SA Gaming's own rule sheet.
A dealer spins a real ball in an SA Gaming studio, and the round runs on a countdown. Anyone who found this page by searching for a Roulette SA Gaming slot should know straight away that there are no reels here. What you get is a live wheel with a small bet range, €1 to €20 on the table we reviewed, and a set of published rules on what happens when a spin goes wrong. We read those rules line by line, because they matter more at a live wheel than any bonus feature. Play only if you're 21+.

A mature table with stable rules |
The zero rule deserves a second look. On some French-style tables a zero hands back half of an even-money bet. Not here. Red, black, odd, even and the halves all lose in full when the ball lands green, which is already priced into the 2.70%.
Roulette SA Gaming and the studio
SA Gaming built its name on baccarat, and roulette is one of a short list of Western classics in its lobby. The studio holds a B2B license from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. When it opened SA Euro, its European lobby, in 2020, the launch lineup was five baccarat tables and one roulette wheel. Roulette SA Gaming now runs in several studios with different looks, from a classic casino set to a themed table where dealers wear bikinis. Payouts don't change between them.

Every line in this table carries the same 2.70% edge. A €10 straight-up and €10 on red both cost €0.27 per spin on average. The difference is how the loss arrives: in small, steady bites on the outside bets, or in long gaps between big wins on single numbers.
Zero also plays a part in inside bets. The streets 0-1-2 and 0-2-3 go where those numbers meet, and the corner 0-1-2-3 sits where 0 touches 1. Those are the only ways to back zero alongside other numbers.
How to play Roulette SA Gaming
A round has three stages, and you only act in the first one. While the countdown runs, the dealer turns the wheel and you place chips on the Table or the Racetrack. At zero the betting closes and the ball goes in. Once it settles, the winning number lights up, payouts land on their own and the next countdown starts.
That's the full Roulette SA Gaming gameplay. The only real decisions are how much of the wheel to cover and how much to put on each chip.

The Racetrack and French call bets
Tap the toggle and the grid turns into the Racetrack, an oval that shows the numbers in their real order around the wheel. It exists for one job: betting on sections of the wheel rather than sections of the grid.
Neighbors and the neighbor counter
Pick any number on the Racetrack and the Neighbors bet covers it plus the numbers beside it on the wheel. The counter sets how many, from 0 to 9 on each side, with 2 as the default. At 3 the bet covers seven numbers. At 9 a single click spreads chips across 19 of the 37 pockets.
The four fixed call bets
These are packages of splits, streets and straights that cover a fixed slice of the wheel. French casinos have used them for over a century, and plenty of budget live tables leave them out.

Jeu Zero is the cheapest way to cover a section, at four chips for seven numbers. Neighbors of Zero is the most expensive, and a split hit there nets only +9 chips, so most of its rounds end as a small win or a full loss.
When the dealer respins the ball
This is the part of a live roulette review that RNG players never have to think about. A real ball can misbehave, and SA Gaming's rules list seven cases where the dealer spins again with every bet left standing. The obvious ones are a ball that jumps off the wheel or one that makes fewer than five turns. The rest are a ball spun the same way as the wheel, a ball riding the rim without dropping, a missed time window, a wheel that stops early and any ball or wheel fault.
Your own connection is covered too. If it drops mid-round, the round finishes without you, confirmed bets settle and the result shows in the Bet Record. When the studio has a technical problem, the dealer stops and calls a supervisor. A quick fix resumes play. A fault that can't be fixed cancels the round and refunds every bet. A crash on either side of the stream never quietly swallows your stake.
Our experience: three ways to bet, 300 rounds
We modeled a 300-round session from a €200 balance at €1 a round, using SA Gaming's payouts and the 97.30% RTP. Each block of 100 rounds used a different bet style.

Red barely moved, and the €8 it lost is close to what a 2.70% edge predicts on €100 staked. The dozen dipped further before a cluster of hits brought it back to even.
Then the straight-up block showed what variance really looks like. Seventeen stayed silent for 40 rounds and dragged the balance down to €160. Then it hit on round 241. Two more followed, on 255 and 265, each paying €35 plus the chip. Three hits in 100 rounds is right on the expected rate of 2.7. The session ended €8 up, but the path mattered far more than the result: red never put more than €10 at risk, while 17 sat €40 down before it paid anything.
Play Roulette SA Gaming free and on mobile
Live tables rarely have a free mode, but SA Gaming runs a Play For Fun page on its own website. Pass a captcha and you get the real live tables with free chips. It's the right place to practice the Racetrack. Placing Orphans or Neighbors of Zero by hand takes a few tries, and a missed chip during a live countdown costs a real round.
If you'd rather drill without a countdown, European Roulette Pro runs the same 37-pocket wheel at the same 97.30% RTP as a free RNG demo. More single-zero wheels are compared in our Online Roulette hub.
On a phone, Roulette SA Gaming opens in the browser with no app, and both the grid and the Racetrack work. The Racetrack is the easier of the two on a small screen, since the oval keeps call bets to a single tap.
Bankroll math for a €20 table
No Roulette SA Gaming strategy beats a 2.70% edge. What a plan can do is decide how long a session lasts and how hard it swings.
At 1-2% of the bankroll per round, €200 means €2 to €4 on outside bets. Call bets need a separate price check. Neighbors of Zero takes 9 chips a round, so with €1 chips you lose €0.24 a spin on average - nine times the cost of a single €1 straight-up. Over 100 rounds that's €24 gone before luck has its say.
Martingale runs into the table cap fast. Start at €1 on red and five losses in a row ask for €32 on the next spin, past the €20 maximum, so the system breaks before your bankroll does. If you still want to try it, write the stop point down before round one. And ignore the hot and cold numbers on the history board. They show what already happened. The next spin doesn't know about them.
Where to play Roulette SA Gaming for real money
The RTP is the same 97.30% at every casino. What you're choosing is the operator around it, and these three list SA Gaming in their live lobby.
- For the highest withdrawals: Pledoo pays up to €3,000 a day and €30,000 a month, takes a €10 first deposit and scores 8.4 on GamblerID.
- For clear daily caps: CosmicSlot asks for €20 to start. In return it sets limits of €3,000 a day and €20,000 a month.
- For a different license: Cristal Poker is licensed in Anjouan rather than Curaçao, with a €20 minimum deposit and €1,000 a day in withdrawals.
Before you play Roulette SA Gaming for real money, check the bonus terms. Live games often count for little or nothing toward wagering, so a slot-focused welcome offer barely moves while you play the wheel. For more sites with a strong live wheel, Live Roulette Casinos ranks them.
Roulette SA Gaming vs other single-zero wheels
All six tables run a single-zero wheel at the same 97.30% RTP. The comparison shows how different studios deliver identical math, and what changes in pace, limits and bet options.

Max win is a tie in practice. Pragmatic Play's x35 counts only the odds, while the others add the returned chip. RTP is level too, so no wheel wins on math.
Roulette SA Gaming earns its place with the live dealer and the deepest Racetrack in the group. It falls behind on speed and stakes. RNG wheels settle a round in seconds, while the countdown makes each live round slower, and the €20 cap is a fifth of what most RNG tables allow. Want cheap call-bet practice? European Roulette Pro is the place. If the smallest stakes matter most, Roulette Evolution starts at €0.2, though its €6 cap limits the top win to €216. For a real ball and the full French menu, Roulette SA Gaming is the better table.
Our verdict
Roulette SA Gaming does the basics right and adds a betting menu that most live tables skip. The single-zero wheel keeps the edge at 2.70%. Five call bets and a 0-9 neighbor counter cover what French-style players actually use. Most of the worry about a live stream goes away once you read the published respin and refund rules.
The limits are real, though. A €20 cap is low for anyone who bets big, and zero takes even-money bets in full. Live games also barely count toward most bonuses. Practice the Racetrack on Play For Fun, then play Roulette SA Gaming online at small stakes and skip the bonus. More table games are on our Real Money Games page at GamblerID.
