- Bonuses might have wagering requirements attached to them. These requirements will be appropriately displayed before the Customer decides to use a bonus when wagering requirements are applicable. Withdrawal amounts will be only possible for the real money balance the bonus money balance upon withdrawal will be lost. Casoo has the right to choose which game and service contributes what amount to the wagering requirements. - The “Deposit + Free Spins” promotion type is considered as one bonus, which means that free spins cannot be separated from the bonus. You can receive only one bonus for a single deposit. Bonuses may consist of several parts: bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points, etc. A combined bonus cannot be split into separate parts. If you cancel a bonus that includes free spins, they will be voided with the canceled bonus.
- Max allowed bet with an active Welcome first and second deposit bonus accounts to 2 EUR / AUD / CAD/ USD / 150 RUB / 20 NOK/SEK / 3 NZD. Max allowed bet on other Welcome pack bonuses (3rd, 4th deposits) account to – 5 EUR / AUD / CAD/ USD / 350 RUB / 50 NOK / SEK / 8 NZD.
- Welcome bonuses are not available for players from Finland and Croatia.
- Bonuses are not available for Ukraine.
- Payment methods that are without a registered payment account, like Paysafecard vouchers, will not activate any of Deposit Bonuses.
