The following are the terms and conditions (the "Terms") of the "100% up to €1000 Bonus Promotion" (the "Promotion") for www.888casino.com (the "Site"). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited, otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the contracting company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (please see below) ("888casino", "us", or "we", or "our"). Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

A. Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, players must deposit €10 or more as a first-time deposit.
B. The Promotion
B.1 General promotion terms
- Deposits made with Skrill or NETELLER [payment methods] are not eligible for the offer made under this Promotion.
- This Promotion is limited to one per person, household, device, e-mail address, payment method account and/or mobile device, and/or mobile number.
- This offer replaces the standard 888casino Welcome Bonus.
- Players who benefit from this Promotion will not be eligible to benefit from any other First Deposit or Welcome Bonus promotions offered or run by the Site.

B.2 Claim:
- A player must claim their Bonus prize through either a pop-up message on the website or through the congratulatory email ("Claim Notices"). Players will receive these Claim Notices within approximately 72 hours of qualifying to receive the prize, and must be claimed within no later than 48 hours thereafter, otherwise, they will forfeit the prize.
- The Bonus will be credited to the player's account immediately following the claim.
B.3 Bonus types:

- Under the terms of this Promotion eligible players will receive a 100% up to a maximum of €1000 Bonus.
- Bonus granted is an Immediate Bonus for use on casino products on the Site. An Immediate Bonus are bonus funds that are awarded in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon receipt.
- If you have any Pending Bonus, the release of the new Bonus will begin only once all previous Bonuses have been released. Time limits for each Bonus expiry are counted from the moment the relevant Bonus is granted.
- Bonus expires within 90 days of granting.
- Bonus must be wagered 40 times within 90 days from granting. If you choose to withdraw your original deposit amount before completing the wagering requirements as aforementioned in this section, the Bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled. Wagering contributions apply and vary by game. See Wagering Contributions Table.
C. General:
- No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site and the 888poker client under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.

- 888casino may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the Bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. - Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account If you have both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in your account, the next wager you make will use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used once your Available Funds balance is zero. The foregoing will not apply to your use of Free Spins, FreePlay and Jackpot vouchers, which can use at any time.
